The launchpad home in the cockpit-v2 shell — command bar, "Needs you now", surface grid, now cross-linked to every surface below. Dark/light themable.
The War Room mode (where Khoa lives ~95% of the time) — real shell panes (avatar/name/role + live terminal + "Talk to X…"), Cmd-K palette, task/release approval overlay, dockable tasks panel. Khoa-approved interaction model.

Ship — Linear-style rows + GitHub/Vercel-deployments idiom. SHA-pinned Release Cards (manifest-locked, fail-closed break-glass, multi-repo saga) replace the blind global Arm-prod. Adam architecture-reviewed.
Gallery's real state is broken (403 on load) — the fix is to retire it and wire the cockpit's Gallery entry straight to this Design Library. No separate design needed; you're looking at it.
Docs browser re-shelled — 3-pane (sections → doc list → detail body) in cockpit-v2 tokens, same real content structure (author/status/provider/project).
Uploads / Downloads / Datasets re-shelled as the surface-card pattern shared with Home, plus an allocation bar. Same real areas, cockpit-v2 tokens.

All 7 emubrain.com surfaces now have a latest design and are cross-linked via the shared rail — click any surface's nav icon from inside any other surface's design. These are directional "sense of the page" designs, not pixel-perfect prod mirrors.
Phase 3: inline click-to-comment annotations + move the publish flow off the shared checkout (with Avery/Adam), wire the cockpit's real "Gallery" entry to this library, then roll the same format to the other 6 products one at a time.
In the live cockpit this routes straight to Sana as a Floor task — she updates the design and this card refreshes to the new version. (Prototype: this preview just shows the flow.)
